Naturally, we are particularly interested in professionals with expertise in vehicle engineering, materials engineering, mechanical and electrical design, as well as a wide range of industrial production disciplines. Looking ahead, there will be increasing demand for people who understand the principles of flexible low-volume manufacturing and can work with highly demanding products in both defence and civilian markets.
We need professionals who can combine technical expertise, quality assurance, cost efficiency, and the ability to scale production according to customer requirements and technological developments. Areas such as electric and hybrid powertrains, sensor technology, cybersecurity, systems integration, data-driven maintenance technologies, and remote diagnostics are becoming increasingly important.
